Using Power Effectively Within Organizations [e-book]

I believe the subject of power is fascinating. And obviously plenty of other people do too. One of the most popular posts on HR Bartender is titled “The 7 Kinds of Power You Can Use at Work”. During my training workshops, there’s always a lot of really great discussion about getting power and using it in a positive and effective way.

Since it’s such a popular workplace topic, I decided to write an e-book on workplace power. You can download a (free) copy here.
