Making Your Work Dreams Come True – #1in100MM

While we should take a moment to be thankful every day, the month of November brings out a time of reflection about all the things we are grateful for. Hate to say it, but sometimes our busy lives take over and we don’t step back and think about everything we take for granted.
One person that doesn’t take his life for granted is Leonel Medina, a produce manager at a local market in his community. He came to the U.S. from Guatemala and has realized his dream. Our friends at Kronos understand that each of us has a dream we’re trying to accomplish and shared Leonel’s story in the third webisode of their “1 in 100 Million” video series.

Every person we work with – our manager, colleagues, and customers – have a work dream they are trying to accomplish. I really enjoyed hearing how Leonel’s manager, the owner of the market, would ask him to do new things as a way for him to expand his horizons.
