We haven’t talked about the Affordable Care Act (aka ACA) lately. No, it’s not going away. That’s why we need to start talking about it again. January 1, 2015 will be here before you know it. (It’s about 70 days from now.)
While employers were able to breathe a sigh of relief when the deadline was first extended, I’m not seeing any signs that the deadline will be extended a second time. The Affordable Care Act has lots of requirements. Let’s face it, most human resources related laws do.
