During the SHRM Annual Conference, I spent some time with my friends at Halogen Software. They shared with me a new online report they’re offering and I thought you might want to check it out.

The assessment isn’t too labor intensive. Using a 5-point scale, just answer 20 questions about how your organization is performing within key criteria. It asks about topics such as development plans, peer-based learning, talent reviews, competency models and much more.
After completing the survey, you’ll receive a report that not only scores your progress but offers some suggestions to take your succession planning efforts to the next level.
