Call it telework, flexible work, whatever. It’s the hot topic du jour. So, I couldn’t resist sharing this infographic from Mercer and Column Five about flexible work arrangements.

One of the things I found interesting was the “summer hours” graphic. I could see how offering some sort of temporary change while kids are out of school as being very beneficial (and popular). I know several of my professional groups take a hiatus during the summer months for that same reason.
