During my days in the hospitality industry, we tried to turn the big game into a reason to come to work. We would create some kind of celebration, activity, incentive, etc. that allowed employees to share their enthusiasm for the sport while at the same time offered some fun in the workplace.
It is possible to work and have fun at the same time.
