We’ve been talking about mobility quite a bit here on HR Bartender. You can check out those past posts here, here and here.
For that reason, today’s infographic caught my eye. It’s from Mercer’s Talent Mobility Good Practices Survey. It shares the trends surrounding global mobility and its impact on the workforce. I particularly liked the labor factors section. Given the skills gap discussion, mobility could become an answer to the challenge.
