What It Takes To Be An Effective Leader

I’m traveling this weekend to the Society for Human Resource Management’s Annual Conference and Expo in Atlanta. It’s sure to be a great trip as I reconnect with old friends and make new ones.

It’s also my first SHRM conference since I started writing for their We Know Next blog. This blog focuses on emerging trends and topics about the future of work. Regardless of your job title, if you have an interest in understanding what’s changing in the workplace, this is a resource for you.
