A couple months ago, you guys helped me answer a reader question about how human resources pros spend their time.  Thank you so much!  Over 140 people answered the survey and the results were very interesting.  If you haven’t looked at it lately, the survey results are here.

It occurred to me that while this might be how HR spends their day…the real question is “Is this how HR wants to spend their time?”  That’s a totally different question.

So, here’s another survey:  On what function would you like to spend the majority of your time?
