Sometimes in hotel and restaurant establishments, they have a soft opening where they open their doors before all of the fine tuning is in place. Maybe all the pictures aren’t on the wall or the menus are on copy paper. It’s a great opportunity to give the staff the chance to get their rhythm. We’re doing the same thing here. So, please bear with us as we get the kinks worked out.
