Today’s brief installment was inspired by a post from one of my favorite bloggers, Gautam Ghosh. If you haven’t checked out his blog, Designing HR for Organizations 2.0, it’s always an excellent read.
Gautam recently posted his thoughts about trust and engagement. This is a subject that comes up frequently in conversations with HR pros and my readers. It has become a favorite topic of mine (see below), and I can’t resist tossing in a few comments of my own.
Let us know your thoughts. How important is trust in working relationships and employee engagement?

Aaaaah! I have been so busy I haven’t had time to keep up with all my blogs and I missed your debut of Ask the Bartender! I am all caught up now and I love it! Great idea!

Huge! without that, you have no drive at work to do better.
my boss is double dipping at work, I can hear him on the phone with other people conducting his side job. He stirs up chaos by saying rude things like “everyone hates you”.
