For that reason, today’s infographic caught my eye. It’s from Mercer’s Talent Mobility Good Practices Survey. It shares the trends surrounding global mobility and its impact on the workforce. I particularly liked the labor factors section. Given the skills gap discussion, mobility could become an answer to the challenge.
