		<description>I am an avid reader of Libby&#039;s blog and, full disclosure, had the honor of working for Libby when she ran HR for Yahoo.

I love the way she promotes employee brand as a manifestation of the connection nurtured between employer and employee.  My guess is that, after a few years of slow hiring and talent reductions, employers who have neglected to hone their brand promise will be maniacally focused on it by 2011.</description>
