		<description>If the Dave Ulrich&#039;s of this world are so clued up about HR, how is it that they&#039;ve never worked in the real world?
Why are so many people smitten with all the simplistically distilled templates produced by these learned people when the real truth is that most Personnel Managers have no idea how to handle real personnel issues and most companies are only interested in hiring and firing.
Isn&#039;t Ulrich trying to perpetuate a self-created fantasy world?</description>
