		<description>Listening is one skill that managers should truly develop to become a more effective leader. One thing I&#039;ve learned professionally and personally is that if what you&#039;re doing is not working to change the situation, change the course of action. Third party observations can really help to improve or eliminate problems if you listen to the advise of others. Granted not everyone&#039;s opinion will be valid. But like you said, it can trigger a new thought process.</description>
