		<description>Interestingly enough, my best boss was also my nicest. He set high expectations and pushed me to be better, but was also inspiring, led by example, and brought out the best in those around him.

He was a good example in transactional versus transformational leadership. I didn&#039;t do better because I feared doing bad. I did better work because he told me he thought I could, and gave me the support I needed to do so.

I know some people take advantage in that kind of environment, but I find it incredibly motivating to be told, &quot;Go kick ass, I know you can.&quot;</description>

		<description>I agree. My neat two bosses wewe the ones that challenged me to be better.  When I went to work at new places my new boss has always been impressed by me. St which point I always send a thank you note to those two bosses.</description>
