		<description>LOVE this post.  Isn&#039;t it amazing how a person can have such an impact on an experience?  I have a &#039;Cristian&#039; in places - my vet&#039;s office,  local specialty store,  local diner.  They are the reason that I keep returning.   It really is all about service.</description>
