		<description>It is a relevant point you make here. It seems that now older workers are back in fashion so to speak! Whilst not so long ago, baby boomers were finding it more challenging than it should be to source work due to their age, it is now working for them. Though what I never understood was why those hiring (often older workers themselves) were discriminating against fellow older workers.  A separate topic! My view - always hire best person for the job - be it male, female, old, young etc. This inevitably brings about a more mixed and balanced workforce by default.</description>
