		<description>Definitely well said. Referrals are like gold and should be treated that way. When people refer you they are putting their name out on the line for yours and you need to recognize that when it happens, because if they didn&#039;t believe in your product or service they wouldn&#039;t do it. You need to make sure to live up to their word.</description>

I only retweet a blog post or article AFTER I have read it and made an assessment that the content would be of value.  It means I value the words in that post and recommend those words to others.
