		<description>Sounds like you had an excellent time in NOLA (it&#039;s hard not to).  I&#039;m glad to hear that SHRM delivered a conference that was worthwhile - nice to see that they&#039;re acknowledging blogging/social media.  Thanks for the report!  I&#039;m an HR newbie, but maybe I&#039;ll start saving for San Diego, too...</description>
