Wow, a very nice use of twitter in a corporate setting. Seems to have had a positive impact in their corporate culture.

This is a great interview. I applaud Zappos for its forward thinking mentality and encouraging social networking as part of the corporate culture.

As a training professional, the Twitter classes have me very interested. Twitter is not that hard to use, so I am guessing the classes are more focused on Twitter's application to the corporate culture and why its used, along with some hands on instruction.

I definitely know where my next pair of shoes are coming from as well!
