		<description>Courage...courage...and more courage. I couldn&#039;t agree more with the ideas surrounding courage and how important confidence and boldness are to a working environment. 

I&#039;m drinking a blue moon with an orange right now. That&#039;s a pretty good drink! In fact, whatever drink I&#039;ve got in my hand happens to be my favorite.

On another note. I recommend that you check out the book Dropping Almonds by Bach Anon. A very different business book with an alternative approach to have leaders should, I repeat should, behave.
