		<description>Good grief, we must have the same frame of mind (Ask A Manager, you, me, and other HR/Recruiting bloggers). about dating and networking and agree interviewing is a two-way street and you find a match.  

I would also say that if you&#039;re desperate for money, take the job so you can have the experience, and dump it when you find a better company who has a figure ;)  Of course like dating and working, do it honorably and be upfront.</description>
