		<description>I think that your advice is very timely and important for both organizations and individuals.  Lots of the important planning can be done up front, and as you suggest should already be underway if your organization is going to be a relevant competitor for talent once the economic climate improves.  And just as companies can be working to ensure they are &#039;top of mind&#039; with great candidates, individuals can and should be working hard to also position themselves for the future.</description>
