Thanks for the comment Nathaniel. I agree comfy clothes are a must. If I’m able, I try to wear jeans so they don’t add extra weight to my luggage.

Thanks for sharing the tips. Wearing comfortable clothes is an important one too. It’s a little difficult for business if you’re going straight to a meeting, but even small things like changing into sandals or more comfortable shoes can make a big difference. Never thought about reading a book on jetlag, great idea.
