		<description>It&#039;s easy to label - harder to take the time to find out and understand. The toxic employees I have met in the past all have a reason for their behaviour and it was worth sticking with it to help them find out what. If they were challenged though they may not be able to articulate that reason and a great  leader will sit down with them, ask the questions and help them employee get to the answer.   The next, important step is to then help support them to find another - less negative - way of being.

Not easy - but worthwhile.
