		<description>I think contests are a great way to get everyone involved and motivated to reach a common goal. If you follow the set of rules that you outline, while also working to squash any negative competition (i.e. cattiness), it&#039;s possible to put together a great contest in the office. Remember  to relax and make it fun. Great post!</description>

		<description>I would add another thought. What will your people think about having a contest at all? Is it possible that they will see it as management cheerleading or whistling past the graveyard?</description>
