Another way to address employee need for safety and security is to address the fear they are experiencing. Tackle the economic anxiety by creating stress reduction programs. Consider developing an informal walking group that meets before or after work or create a relaxation room for quite and meditation during their lunch hour or 15-minute break. When employees feel in control, they will also feel more safe and secure.
